There is also a beautiful moat that you can walk around. The castle has a long history, having been used as a military outpost, prison and even royal palace. Today it houses a museum with some very cool exhibits. Trust us, it’s worth a visit!

3. Bouvigne Castle

Bouvigne Castle is a beautiful castle located in Breda, the Netherlands. The castle was built in the 13th century and has been used as a military base, court and even prison. Today, the castle is owned by the municipality of Breda and is open to the public for tours. The castle grounds include a moat, a drawbridge and several gardens.
